BEND-MEASURING GUIDE

This tool is very handy when you're trying to measure accurately to the centre-line of a pipe.  E.g. when you're marking the position of a proposed 90 degree bend.  It's just a piece of aluminium with four short lengths of scribed copper tube bolted to it.

I hope the pictures make it obvious how it's made and how it's used.

I've seen this done with scraps of pipe rolling around on the bench.  This gadget is neater!
